Inderjit Badhwar heads the editorial operations of India Legal. Mr. Badhwar worked for more than two decades in the United States, where his work was published in leading magazines and newspapers such as the Washington Post. He was also associated with ABC TV. In India, he headed the India Today editorial team for more than 10 years, beside being an Executive Producer of TV Today and anchor to the popular weekly news magazine show Newstrack. He was also head of Sahara TV network and in the year 2000 he became the editor-in-chief of Media Transasia, which published niche publications like Swagat and Discover India. His 2004 novel, The Chamber of Perfumes (originally titled Sniffing Papa) won France’s most prestigious international award as the ‘best foreign debut novel’, an honor that went earlier to Salman Rushdie for Shame. Till recently, he headed Gfiles, India’s leading magazine devoted to issues of governance and bureaucracy.
Rajshri Rai is a well-known media personality who has anchored and produced national programmes for major TV networks and laid the foundation for the organization’s ventures in print media too. Law graduate Vinay Rai has been in the electronic media for over 16 years executing a host of jobs that include reporting and production. He has worked for leading media houses like Zee among many others. He was the editor of Akbari, an Urdu publication. As director at E.N. Communications, he heads the television operations at APN. A creative thinker, problem solver and decision maker who effectively balances the needs of the employees with the mission. Vinay earned an additional professional qualification in journalism and mass communications from Lucknow University.
Ramesh Menon has had great fun for the last 37 years as a journalist reporting stories from practically every state in India. He has authored numerous books like Caste and Communal Timebomb, Whatever the Odds, Night Sparkle: Fascinating Stories of Indian Lighthouses, Carbon Footprint: Reducing it for a Better Tomorrow and Modi Demystified. He got the Ramnath Goenka Award for Excellence in Journalism. He loves teaching, making documentary films, travelling and theatre.

She earned her spurs in the prestigious Sunday Times of India writing feature stories and blogs on subjects as varied as aviation, health and education and rewriting stories. She believes there is no profession like journalism if one loves the feel of words and one doesn’t abuse the power bestowed on you.
A print journalist who has been involved with the launch of many magazines in the last 20 years. Starting her career with India Today (Hindi), she worked with The Asian Age and Zee TV, before joining CL Media, an education media company. There she launched and headed three publications – Educare, Management Compass and Skills Ahead. She has extensively covered the skills initiatives across the country, travelling to various states.
After starting his career with the Sahara group, Prabir Biswas has gathered wide experience, both in print and web mediums for the past 19 years. He has also worked with Media Transasia India Ltd and India Today Group. Prior to joining ENC Network, he worked with a B2B travel-trade publishing house.
Starting his career as a freelance designer for Around Town magazine, Anthony Lawrence joined Business World of the Ananda Bazaar Patrika group as an illustrator and quickly rose through the ranks to become Assistant Art Director. A bundle of multifaceted talent, Lawrence brings to the table the skills of a graphic designer, illustrator and layout designer. Having spent 14 years in designing magazines, he is always game for new challenges, and loves to expand the horizon of his creativity.

With over 15 years of experience in magazines, be it technical, travel, lifestyle or rural, Amitava Sen has worked with some well-known media organizations, for example Media Transasia India Limited. Bubbling with talent, Sen is an all rounder in the art department, with his illustrations, graphics, layouts, and solid pre-press and printing knowledge. He has also designed a few coffee table books, including the one for the Ministry of Civil Aviation.

Anil Kumar Shakya
Anil Kumar Shakya completed his graduation followed by a post-graduate diploma in photojournalism from the University of Allahabad. He started his career as a photographer from Hindi newspaper Virat Vaibhav, and subsequently he worked with The Statesman and Sakalbela newspapers. Being a news photographer, Anil thinks about every aspect of the story and visualizes the pictorial elements.
Pawan Kumar Verma
Pawan Kumar Verma is an experienced printing technology professional who has handled production of national newspapers and magazines, brought out by reputed media houses. He has successfully supervised all aspects of printing processes during his stints with premier companies such as Hindustan Times, Gateway Papers and Sarvashreshtha Media, the publishers of bureaucracy magazine Gfiles. Now, Pawan has been entrusted with ensuring the printing of all products of ENC Network, including India Legal, as per the highest market standards.
