The proposed Bill aims to protect these professionals who are increasingly the target of assaults and intimidation and are prevented from discharging their professional duties.

It is mentioned that the suggestions received by the Bar Council of India shall be duly considered by the Council and the Council will consider the incorporation of necessary changes if any.
