Allahabad HC Seeks UP Govt Response On Restricting Hospitals From Treating Non COVID 19 Patients

The High Court of Allahabad has sought response from the State Government on the viability of the Government order which has restricted the Hospitals from providing treatment to Non COVID-19 patients.

The bench comprising Justice Pankaj Mittal and Justice Yashwant Varma was hearing a petition filed by All India Peoples Front (Radical) through its National Spokesperson Shri S.R. Darapuri.
