The Supreme Court on Thursday (July 5) ordered the auctioning of three Unitech properties and also directed Unitech to submit list of all its properties, subsidiaries and personal properties of directors.

During the course of proceedings, the court was informed by the Income tax department that Rs 9.5 billion was due on Unitech while further seeking more time to be heard.

Amicus curiae PS Agarwal said that three properties for auction at Varanasi, Agra and Sriperumbudur was estimated at around Rs 6 billion.

The matter was posted for next hearing to July 16.
