CBI special judge OP Saini on Monday (July 23) extended former finance minister P Chidambaram’s bail till August 7.

Chidambaram had approached the court after the CBI on July 10 charged Chidambaram and his son Karti Chidambaram in the case.

Meanwhile, the apex court today allowed Karti Chidambaram, facing charges in a corruption case, to travel abroad between July 23 and 31.
