The Delhi High Court is hearing a CBI plea challenging the acquittal of Essar Group promoters’ Ravikant Ruia, Anshuman Ruia and the proprietors of the Loop telecom and Loop Mobiles in connection to the 2G Spectrum allocation scam.

On Thursday (August 2), the Ruias sought some more time to file their reply.

The single-judge bench of Justice Najmi Waziri granted four weeks time to Ruias to file the replies and adjourned the matter to October 9.
