Filmstar Mithun Chakraborty’s wife Yogita Bali and son Mahaakshay on Friday (July 6) filed a plea in Rohini court seeking anticipatory bail.

The Rohini court will take up the plea tomorrow.

The mother and son duo has sought anticipatory bail in the rape and fraud case registered against them. In fact, after the order of Rohini court, FIRs were registered against Mahaakshay and Yogita Bali for rape, cheating and abortion without consent.
