SC Lawyers Chambers To Be Open Soon On Odd And Even Basis

The Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) has written a letter to the Secretary-General, Supreme Court of India informing about the number of chambers with odd numbers and even numbers in furtherance of the letter regarding allowing Members/ Advocates and essential staff unhindered access to their chambers. 

It has been stated in the letter that the chambers with the odd numbers to be open on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, whereas, chambers with even numbers will be open on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

There are a total number of 200 chambers with odd numbers and 194 chambers with even numbers including R.K. Garg, A.K. Sen, R.K. Jain, G.L. Sanghi, M.C. Seetalvad and C.K. Daphtary Chamber Blocks.  

The letter also suggests that the Members of the Bar who use the chambers will follow all the prescribed guidelines and safeguards announced by the Government.
