The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Monday sought the deferment of the hearing of the plea seeking anticipatory bail to Karti Chidambaram on the ground that it was awaiting crucial information by its team from London.
ASG Tushar Mehta appearing for ED told the Special Judge OP Saini that it was awaiting LR.
To which the Special Judge told ASG: “How much time do you want? Next time please bring something to show. I am also hoping that the prosecution would not ask any more dates.”
The matter was posted for next hearing to May 30.
