The Delhi High Court has quashed an FIR registered against Swedish nationals under Section 498A by a woman while stating that the impugned FIR is without jurisdiction, unlawful, malafide, malicious and an evident act of personal vengeance and grudge.
The Delhi High Court on Wednesday sought response from the Delhi goverment over a petition for creation of Additional Public Prosecutors for the purposes of conducting trials in the Fast Track Special Courts.
The comment was made in regard to an incident where a group of boys while playing basketball were attacked by more than 20 unidentified youths causing injuries.
A Delhi Court on Tuesday has allowed application of climate activist Disha Ravi to speak to her mother for 15 minutes while it also allowed her application for providing warm clothes, home cooked food and books.
Further it has been submitted that “the OTT platforms have became a hub of Hinduphobic shows by disrespecting Hindus, its customs, rituals and other things which form the majority of the nation”.
