The apex court has agreed to hear the plea of the victim Rakbar Khan’s father Suleman in the Alwar lynching case. The court will decide upon the matter next week.

Suleman along with other victim in the Alwar lynching case, Aslam today petitioned the court seeking Supreme Court monitored SIT probe in the case. They also sought the trial of the case outside Rajasthan.

Rakbar Khan and his associate Aslam were attacked on their way by suspected cow vigilantes when they were transporting animals through a forest area. While Aslam  survived, Khan died.
