The Supreme Court on Monday (July 23) said that the case against the stay on the book “Godman to Tycoon”, brought out by Juggernaut Books will be heard by the high court. The book depicts the life of Godman Baba Ramdev.

The top court said that the high court’s decision of stay was an interim one and that this case has been set to be heard by end-September. Juggernaut Books had approached the top court for the vacating of the stay on the publication.

The high court had issued the stay following a plea by Ramdev.
