The Executive committee of the Supreme Court Bar Association has stated that the procedure adopted for conducting the court proceedings on Saturday, 20 April in the matter of allegations made by a former woman employee of the apex court was in violation of established practices as well as  the principles of natural justice.

A resoltuion adopted at an emergent meeting of the SCBA has requested the full Supreme Court to take all necessary asteps as may be required in the law in this regard. “The EC (SCBA)  further resolves  that without prejudice to any enquiry which may be initiaited as above,  it shall collate all materials and facts with regards to to the said allegations from Social Media, Electronic Media, Print Media  and other available sources  whoich may be considered its in next meeting” , the resolution said
