Mr. Pradeep Rai is our esteemed advisor, an extraordinary first-generation Senior Advocate, currently holding the esteemed position of Chairman of the India Legal Research Foundation and India Legal Aid Center. , Notably, Mr. Rai previously served as the Vice President of the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA). His legal journey commenced in the ’90s, where he quickly distinguished himself with an impressive track record spanning over two decades, Mr. Rai has made his mark in the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Commissions, Regulatory Bodies, and Tribunals. His expertise encompasses a diverse range of civil, criminal, revenue, customary law, and constitutional matters. Mr. Rai’s legal practice extends to representing the Union of India, as well as several states, including Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, and Andhra Pradesh. His client portfolio further includes numerous prominent corporate entities, celebrities, film stars, politicians, and chief ministers. Notably, he also held the position of Vice Chairman at the National Anti-Doping Agency, a premier organization under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, responsible for promoting, coordinating, and monitoring doping control in Indian sports. Mr. Rai’s profound commitment to facilitating access to justice is evident in his notable contributions to the alternative justice system through mediation and arbitration. His persuasive efforts have led to the training of over three hundred advocates, equipping them with the skills of mediation and transforming them into adept mediators. He has also worked closely with former Chief Justices, the Hon’ble Mr. Justice M. N. Venkatachaliah, and the late Hon’ble Mr. Justice J.S.
