Delhi High Court Judge Mukta Gupta on Wednesday (March 7) ordered the Delhi Police to file its status report on the bail application of AAP leader Amanatullah Khan and adjourned the matter to March 12, while it reserved its order on the bail application of another AAP MLA, Prakash Jarwal.

Khan had moved the high court against the cancellation of his bail plea by the sessions court. He is in police custody with Jarwal for assault on Delhi Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash.

On Wednesday the chief secretary moved an intervention application in the bail application of Khan.
