Supreme Court lawyer Ajay K Agrawal, who is the petitioner in the Bofors case, on Monday (January 15) submitted an affidavit to the Apex Court before mentioning it and said that the Hinduja brothers had committed fraud with the Supreme Court.
The petitioner (petition below) accuses CBI of lying in the High Court.
