Senior Advocates Vikramjit Banerjee, Aman Lekhi and Sandeep Sethi have been appointed as new Additional Solicitors General (ASG) till June 30, 2020.

The tenure of the current ASGs — Maninder Singh, Tushar Mehta, P S Narsimha and Pinky Anand has also been extended till June 30, 2020.

Senior Advocate Aman Lekhi is married to Meenakshi Lekhi, the Member of Parliament from New Delhi parliamentary constituency.
