Publishing house Juggernaut won a court case when a book on Baba Ramdev was put back on the stands for sale after being initially restrained.  The victory came on Saturday (April 28) when Additional Sessions Judge Jay Thareja lifted an ex-parte interim injunction on the publication and sale of “Godman to Tycoon: The Untold Story of Baba Ramdev”.

The publishers have hailed this as “landmark for free speech”.  The author of the book is Priyanka Pathak-Narain and the restraint was put on August 4, 2017.

The book deals with the success story of Patanjali and its workings that tend to debunk certain established ideas.
