The Delhi High Court on Friday (January 12) issued notices and sought replies from Delhi government, Delhi Subordinate Selection Board (DSSB) and South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) for delaying in holding exams for 1575 Special Educator posts in Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) schools.
The bench comprising of Acting Chief Justice Gita Mittal and Justice Hari Shankar was hearing a plea by one Mamta Devi who has questioned the delaying of exams for 1575 Special Educator posts in MCD schools.
