A Delhi court on Thursday (February 1) acquitted Bhupendra Birla (father of AAP MLA Rakhi Birla) and another AAP leader Ram Pratap Goel in a gang rape case.
The victim had alleged that both Birla and Goel gang raped her on the promise to give her a ticket to contest Municipal elections.
Rakhi Birla is the youngest MLA of AAP and is currently the Deputy Speaker in the Delhi Legislative Assembly.
