The Delhi High Court on Friday (June 8) directed a petitioner who had filed a Habeas Corpus writ in regards to the missing daughter to file a new petition exhorting Delhi government to find out the whereabouts of her daughter.

Justice P S Teji gave the order after being informed by the petitioner that Delhi Police as well as the magistrate were not receptive to his complaints and not cooperating in the FIR registration to find her daughter.

The matter was adjourned.
