Karti Chidambaram has moved a special leave petition (SLP) in the Supreme Court on Monday (March 5). The counsel appearing for Karti requested to take SLP along with other matters which are listed tomorrow.

The Court has decided to take up the plea tomorrow.

The SLP alleges harassment by CBI, ED and also seeks to declare probe in INX Media bribery case as void.

Karti Chidambaram will be in CBI’s remand till tomorrow. On March 1, Karti was sent to the CBI custody by the special court for five days.
