The Delhi High Court division bench of Justices S Murlidhar and I S Mehta on Friday (March 9) will hear plea filed by Karti Chidambaram seeking quashing of summons and all proceedings initiated by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the INX Media money laundering case.

On Thursday, the Supreme Court bench comprising of Chief Justice Dipak Misra and Justices A M Khanwilkar, D Y Chandrachud (March 8) had allowed Karti Chidambaram to approach Delhi High Court for interim protection and directed Acting Chief Justice Gita Mittal to constitute a bench on Friday to dispose of the plea.
