The Supreme Court will hear a plea seeking transfer of trial outside Jammu & Kashmir in at 2 pm today. The plea has been filed by the victim’s father.
Earlier today, the District court at Kathua heard the case and directed that chargesheet copies should be provided to all accused. The court listed the matter for next hearing to April 18.
