The Supreme Court on Friday (February 16) could not take up the hearing of the case related to the mysterious death of special CBI judge B H Loya due to the unavailability of one of the judges of the bench Justice D Y Chandrachud. The case is being heard by the bench comprising of Chief Justice Dipak Misra and Justices A M Khanwilkar and D Y Chandrachud.
