The National Green Tribunal (NGT) on Thursday (February 15) issued notice to Himachal Pradesh State Pollution Control Board (HPSPCB) as it failed to submit status report with respect to the current construction status of hotels in pursuance the order dated January 17, 2018 by the NGT.

The bench comprising of Justice Jawad Rahim, Judicial Member, Justice S P Wangdi, Judicial Member and Nagin Nanda, Expert Member was acting on the petition related with the authorized hotel construction in and around Kasauli in Himachal Pradesh.
