The National Green Tribunal (NGT) on Tuesday (January 16) dealing with the unauthorized hotel constructions in and around Kasauli asked the state of Himachal Pradesh and State Pollution Control Board to file a detail report on the notices, that they have served to the different hotels in and order Kasuali.

The bench comprising of Acting Chairperson Justice U D Salvi and Dr Nagin Nanda was acting on the several PILs by the Society for Preservation of Kasauli and its Environs (SPOKE).
