With Prime Minister Narendra Modi virtually on a non-stop world tour, it has been said that when time come for him to answer critical questions in the Lok Sabha he is not available. Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh has taken up this issue and has filed a PIL against the Prime Minister ay the Delhi High Court.

In his PIL Singh demands to make 75 per cent attendance mandatory for all elected leaders and should answer all questions raised during session in parliament.

The plea (see below) also stated seeking direction to the President to ascertain feasibility of No Work No Pay for MPs, if presence is less than 50 percent of the time.
