The Supreme Court on Thursday (May 4) dealing with bail matter of former UP Minister Gayatri Prajapati was informed by the Senior Advocate Mukul Rohatgi appearing for Prajapati that there are four fresh matters where notices are to be issued. In the first matter, there is a stay of trial. In the second matter, order is to be sought.

A bench of Justices A K Sikri and Ashok Bhushan was hearing the petition filed by Prajapati challenging the Allahabad High Court order quashing the granting of bail to him.

The matter was listed for next hearing to May 10.
