The Supreme Court on Tuesday (February 6) has agreed to hear the petition of Chief Secretary of Jammu & Kashmir Abid Imtiaz challenging an order by the Delhi High Court to appear before it in the matter of giving security cover to a Kashmiri youth.

The apex court has listed the matter for hearing to February 12.

Previously, Delhi High Court had summoned Imtiaz to present himself in the case. Imtiaz then had approached the apex court challenging the high court order.
