The Supreme Court on Monday (May 21) modified its previous notification dated May 15 in which it had announced the roster and composition of division benches for the annual summer vacation (May 21 to July 1). In the modified notification (see below), the apex court has announced that the division bench of May 25 shall comprise of Justice A M Khanwilkar and Justice Indu Malhotra. Justice Malhotra will replace Justice Navin Sinha.
