The Delhi Police on Monday (May 14) submitted the charge-sheet in the Sunanda Pushkar death case at the Patiala House Court. The incident happened four years ago.
The charge-sheet has been filed under the Section 306 (aiding and abetting the suicide) and Section 498A (harassment in marital life). Earlier, the police had registered the case of murder.
The police have named Pushkar’s husband Shashi Tharoor as a suspect.
