Bollywood actress, writer and activist Twinkle Khanna has been notified by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) for endorsing the luxury residential ORB project in Noida, promoted by real estate giant Supertech Ltd.

The project and the company are under fire for non-compliance. Homebuyers who had invested money into the project have not received their flats and have moved court to get their money back.

On Thursday (January 11) the NCDRC issued notice to Supertech on refund to buyers and have asked Supertech and it’s top officials to reply why money invested by homebuyes in its luxury residential ORB project in Noida should not be refunded to them due to the inordinate delay in giving possession.

Justice VK Jain also issued notice to Khanna for allegedly promoting the project.
