The CJI Ranjan Gogoi will visit Prayagraj to take a holy dip in ongoing Kumbh, sources told India Legal. The Kumbh at Prayagraj has already witnessed crores of devotees taking a holy dip in the Shahi Snans.

Various politicians including BJP President Amit Shah, UP CM Yogi Adityanath and celebrities have visited the Kumbh Mela this year. This year Kumbh has also witnessed the UP cabinet meeting chaired by CM Yogi Adityanath in which he announced various govt schemes including the Ganga Expressway between Meerut and Prayagraj, touted as the world’s longest expressway.

Kumbh is the largest religious congregation and attracts saints, seers and devotees from India and abroad who visit the Sangam — the convergence of the Ganga, Yamuna and the mythological Saraswati rivers to take holy dip.
