A Delhi court on May 22 accepted the bail plea of Himachal Pradesh CM Virbhadra Singh and his wife Pratibha Singh in the Rs 10 crore disproportionate assets case. The court listed the matter for May 29.
The others accused who were summoned on May 22 are Anand Chauhan, Lawan Kumar Roach, Vakamullah Chandrashekhar, Joginder Singh Ghalta, Prem Raj, Chunni Lal and and Ram Prakash Bhatia.
The CBI has claimed in its chargesheet that Singh had amassed assets worth around Rs 10 crore which were disproportionate to his total income.
