The Election Commission (EC) has taken strong objection to an article in “India Legal” issue dated November 11, 2019 titled “Credibility at Stake” and authored by former IAS officer MG Devasahayam in which it accuses the author of making sweeping averments not based on facts.
We publish herewith the full text of the letter from SB Sharan, Additional Director General (Press Information Bureau) who is also the spokesman of the EC.
