Delhi Court, District and Sessions Judge today has issued directions regarding sealing and sanitization of the chamber and Court Room No.208, Saket Court Complex after Ms. Mayuri Singh, MM (Mahila Court-1), South District, Saket Court tested COVID-19 positive.
It was intimated through the circular by the Saket Court, District Judge Ms. Poonam A. Bamba that the MM had last attended the Court on 03.06.2020, being Duty MM and has been detected positive for COVID-19 on 09.06.2020.
Thereafter, the circular says that Caretaking Branch is directed to seal and carry out deep sanitization in Court Room No. 208 as well as in Ahlmad Room and Judge’s Chamber attached therewith, immediately.
Lastly, it was notified that the Court officials and advocates, who attended the Court of Ms. Mayuri Singh on 03.06.2020, are advised to isolate/quarantine themselves for 14 days or as per medical advice, and take all necessary precautions as per advisory/ guidelines of Government of India.
