Manish Sisodia: The mystery of his PAN, DIN, and election affidavits of 2013 and 2015

Manish Sisodia has deliberately mentioned a fake Pan Card in his election commission affidavit 2015.

Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, the son of Late Dharampal, with PAN: AMBTS4388L, residing at D-59, Pandav Nagar, Delhi – 110092 is the sitting AAP MLA for Patparganj  Legislative Assembly of Delhi (Source: Election Affidavit 16 Jan 2020).

Sisodia, who is also the Education Minister of Delhi, has deliberately mentioned a fake PAN card in his Election Commission affidavit 2015. Similarly, Sisodia’s DIN and PAN details don’t match his affidavit filed with the Election Commission.

As per records on the website of the Ministry of Company affairs, Sisodia’s date of birth is shown as February 2, 1972. But the AAP faithful wish him on January 4. So what is his real date
of birth? Though his Twitter handle suggests it is of January 4.

Seema Sisodia is the Delhi Deputy CM’s spouse and owns the residential property D-59, 3rd Floor, Pandav Nagar, Delhi 110092. The property measures 893 square feet and was purchased on March 5, 2008 at a cost of Rs 8.70 lakh. (Source Election Affidavit of Manish dated 19 Jan 2015). She then sold the aforesaid property in FY 2018-19 for Rs 65 lakh to Prince Sharma, a LIC broker and a real estate agent.

Further, Seema bought a new flat in Pocket B, Mayur Vihar 2, New Delhi -110092 on June 27, 2018.

In the affidavit for FY 2013 and FY 2015, Manish Sisodia has specifically mentioned that Seema does not hold any PAN and in FY 2020 Seema’s PAN was mentioned as CMEPS5298A.

Seema has accrued following income in past few years:

It is quite clear from the aforesaid table that Seema held the Income Tax PAN much before 2013 and accrued income year on year. Income Tax returns have not been filed for none of the years.
Manish Sisodia has concealed this fact in his affidavit for FY 2013 and FY 2015.

Seema Sisodia has not filed return of income for FY 2018-19 as yet as per Affidavit, the year in which she sold the property. An income of Rs 56 lakh has accrued to her this year. It is however mentioned that she has purchased a new flat this year for claiming exemption from tax. For the said exemption, return of income is required is filed.

The property as mentioned above has been sold to one Prince Sharma (PAN: AZXPS4787L), residing at B-3/528, Ekta Garden Apartments I.P. EXTN. Patparganj, New Delhi

Even if the property at D-59, 3 rd Floor Pandav Nagar, Delhi 110092 was held and sold by Seema Sisodia to Prince in July 2018, Manish Sisodia still continues to hold it for his address as claimed him in Election Affidavit of 2020. This is quite strange as no possession of property has been delivered even after Prince Sharma paid Rs 66.50 lakh to Seema and she bought a new 1,054 sq ft flat in Pocket B, Mayur Vihar 2, New Delhi 110092. The background of Prince needs to be reviewed in this regard.

Prince is Director in M/s Shiv Infrabuild Pvt Ltd having registered office at 44, West West Guru Angad Nagar, Opp. District Center, Delhi 110092. He is also VP in Kung Do Te Federation of
India. He is sole proprietor of Rainbow Enterprises having bank account no 604800301000522 with Vijaya Bank, Mayur Vihar 1, New Delhi.

Prince Sharma is also an LIC agent and property dealer. He has an average return of income of Rs 5-6 lakh per annum only including salary of Rs 2.40 lakh from the said company Shiv Infrabuild Pvt Ltd.

Further, Prince Sharma has deposited cash of appox Rs 31,97,000 in account no 55016096026, State Bank of Patiala, Pandav Nagar, New Delhi on 20 Jul 2015 – Rs 11,99,000 and on 15 Jun 2016 – Rs 18,98,000.

Again, Prince deposited cash of Rs 10.18 lakh in account no 604800301000522 in the name of Rainbow Enterprises with Vijaya Bank in FY 2017-18 . Even if the said property is let out to Shiv Infrabuild Pvt Ltd, Prince is claiming deduction of interest paid on house property for self-occupied year on year basis.

The address of Shiv Infrabuild Pvt Ltd has been further let out to New Height Financial Planners Pvt Ltd for an amount of Rs 5 lakh in FY 18-19.

Prince Sharma is a questionable person and has no worth but he still managed to buy a house from Seema Sisodia for Rs 65 lakh. But how?
