SCBA Condemns Unprovoked Chinese Aggression & Brutal Killing Of Indian Soldiers In Violation Of All Settled International Conventions

The Supreme Court Bar Association in a letter addressed to the Chief of the Army Staff General MM Naravane, has strongly condemned the unprovoked Chinese aggression and the inhuman and brutal killing of Indian officers and soldiers in violation of all norms of human conduct and settled International Conventions.

The Association acknowledging the tremendous service rendered by the Indian soldiers to our Nation has expressed its sincere and heartfelt condolences to the families of the “valiant sons of India.”

The Association has further stated that “the Executive Committee of the SCBA supports the nation and the Government in this time of serious crisis and condemns the unwarranted aggression by China against our soil.it stands by our men who have taken all actions and measures to meet and defeat this act of aggression and transgression of our national boundary by resorting to calculated violence.”

The Executive Committee of the SCBA has further resolved to communicate the unanimous support of the  14,000 members of the Association  and all lawyers practicing in the country to the men in uniform, to the Chief of the Army Staff General MM Naravane, PVM, AVSM, SM, VSM, ADC, with a request to communicate the Associations “sincere respect and heartfelt condolences to the families of the brave men who sacrificed their lives for our tomorrow braving their today.”
