A plea has been moved before the Orissa High Court by an advocate seeking direction to expunge the adverse remarks made against him in an order while stating that he took up the case pro bono and the said remark left him with scar.

The Court also observed that in the present case, the petitioner has consistently been recorded as a "very good" and "outstanding" officer, which is clear from the APARs and as is not disputed by the respondents.
