Telangana High Court has received a letter dated 02-08-2022 from the President, High Court Advocates' Association, Telangana, seeking direction to call for records and remarks from the respondents relating to the brutal murder of Senior Advocate, practicing at Warangal Bar Association.

It is mentioned that the suggestions received by the Bar Council of India shall be duly considered by the Council and the Council will consider the incorporation of necessary changes if any. "The final draft Bill shall be sent to Hon’ble Minister for Law & Justice to table the same before the Parliament".

After a long awaited moment, denial of several motions in the court of law, the Committee constituted by the Bar Council of India has drafted the “The Advocates (Protection) Bill, 2021.”
