A Single-Judge Bench of Justice Salil Kumar Rai passed this order while hearing a writ petition filed by Soni and 2 others.

He has further submitted that in the year 2007 also an order of experiment was passed against the Petitioner for six months.

The petitioners have cited extreme family circumstances being serious ailment suffered by his wife i.e. Cancer, as the reason for the transfer sought.

The Allahabad High Court on Thursday directed the Oriental Insurance Company to pay Rs 1,62,840 to Tara Devi and others of Ghazipur District of a motor accident insurance claim along with 9% interest.
