In a setback to the Future Group, the Delhi High Court dismissed a petition filed by Future Group to stop the Singapore tribunal's arbitration proceedings in its dispute with e-retailer Amazon in the wake of an anti-trust order passed in December 2021.

The division bench had also stated that the observations made by it are only prima facie and the single judge shall not be influenced by it while passing its order.

The bench had also asked Biyani and others to appear before the Court on the next date of hearing, while listing the matter for further hearing on April 28.
