The Supreme Court on Tuesday heard the Future Group plea challenging the Delhi High Court's order dated October 29 that had rejected its plea for an interim stay on the Singapore Arbitration Tribunal order that declined to interfere with the Emergency Award restraining it from going ahead with the Reliance deal.

The Supreme Court bench reserved its judgment on the petition filed by Amazon against the Delhi High Court Division Bench order.

It was further contended that any delay in the protection order would cause irreparable loss to Amazon.

In a small relief to the Future Group, the Delhi High Court on Monday stayed the order of the single judge directing a status quo on the Future-Reliance deal.
