A Public Interest Litigation has been filed in the Delhi High Court seeking inclusion of judges, judicial staff, advocates, and the members of the legal fraternity in the first phase of COVID-19 vaccination.

The petitioner, Advocate Amrendra Singh told India Legal that New regulatory mechanisms are required to control digitised expressions so that they aren’t violative of the law of the country.
