The Andhra Pradesh government has said that it is impossible to hold elections at the time of vaccination in the state.

In October, the Andhra Pradesh High Court had directed the state government to assist the court in recording the finding whether there a was constitutional breakdown in the state.

A plea has been filed before the Andhra Pradesh High Court, protesting the Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh’s decision to provide money from a government grant as ‘loans’ to needy advocates.

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has approached the Supreme Court against the High Court order which reinstated N Ramesh Kumar as the State Election Commissioner.
