Assistant Teacher Recruitment

The Allahabad High Court has sought information from the Secretary Examination Regulatory Authority in the recruitment of 69,000 Assistant Teachers.

The Allahabad High Court on Monday said that when the Court has already held that the denial of selection on the basis of residence is unconstitutional, then the appointment cannot be denied on the ground of submission of residence certificate after the cut-off date.

The Allahabad High Court has refused to interfere with the decision of a Single-Judge bench in the case of MRC candidates in the Assistant Teacher recruitment case, paving way for recruitment of 68,500 assistant teachers in the state.
