Association of MD Physicians

The Delhi High Court division bench issued notice in an appeal preferred by the NBE challenging the decision of single-bench of Justice Prateek Jalan, passed on July 5, 2021.

The Association of MD Physicians filed an appeal before the Delhi High Court, challenging the cost imposed and adverse observations made against the Association by the Single-Judge Bench, regarding postponement of the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE)

The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an association of around 40 members, who are all registered for the examination. He further submitted that their only concern is that the exam be postponed for about 4 to 6 weeks considering the ongoing pandemic.
