Black money act 2015

The Delhi High Court on Monday refused to grant interim stay on the order passed by the Single-Judge, granting permission to Congress leader Bhavya Bishnoi to travel to the United States for Post-Graduation.

The Delhi High Court deferred hearing in a plea seeking permission to travel abroad for two years for post-graduation filed by Indian National Congress leader Bhavya Bishnoi, son of Mr. Kuldeep Bishnoi, MLA, Adampur, Haryana and Ms. Renuka Bishnoi, MLA, Hansi, Haryana accused under Black Money Act, 2015.

The Delhi High Court has sought the response of the Centre and the Income Tax Department on a plea filed by businessman Robert Vadra, challenging the showcause notice issued to him by the ‘Principal Commissioner of Income Tax’ under Section 10(1) of the Black Money Act 2015.
