New Delhi (ILNS): Bollywood actor Rhea Chakraborty has requested the Bombay High Court to dismiss a petition by Sushant Singh Rajput's sisters Priyanka and Mitu Singh in which the sisters had sought the quashing of an FIR registered against them.
As initially enacted for example Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS Act) 1985 (hereinafter alluded to as 'the Act'), there existed no distinction between a drug trafficker and an addict. A uniform sentence construction was specified as punishment for most offences under the Act.
The bench said that all aspects of the Hathras case, including security to the victim's family and witnesses, will be looked after by the Allahabad High Court.
